Process

1. INQUIRY Send your idea, preferred size, and any reference photos through the form.

2. REVIEW I will look over the details and reply with availability, pricing, and whether the project is a good fit.

3. BOOKING If you would like to move forward, your commission is secured with a 30% non-refundable deposit.

4. CREATION Your sculpture is made entirely by hand. Completion time depends on its size, level of detail, and my current schedule. To ensure quality of every custom orders, we photograph the items for buyer to view before shipment.

Shipping FAQ

  • DISPATCH: Custom order takes 1 to 2 weeks to complete before shipping..

  • ORIGIN: Orders ship from Canada. Tracking will be provided when available.

  • CANADIAN TAX: GST/HST collected where applicable.

  • U.S. & INTERNATIONAL: I do not collect U.S. sales tax or VAT at checkout. Your country may charge VAT, customs duties, brokerage, or import fees at delivery, payable by the recipient.

  • ADDRESS: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Any additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address are the buyer’s responsibility.
