Custom Order

Process

1. INQUIRY Send your idea, preferred size, and any reference photos through the form.

2. REVIEW I’ll review the details and reply with availability, pricing, and whether I’m able to take on the project.

3. BOOKING If you’d like to move forward, a 30% non-refundable deposit secures your commission.

4. CREATION Your sculpture is made entirely by hand. Completion time varies depending on the size, level of detail, and my current schedule. For custom orders, I will send photos for your approval before shipping.

Shipping FAQ

  • DISPATCH: Custom order takes at least 1-2 weeks to complete before shipping.

  • ORIGIN: Orders ship from Canada. Tracking will be provided when available.

  • CANADIAN TAX: GST/HST collected where applicable.

  • U.S. ORDERS: A 50% tariff handling fee is added at checkout to cover U.S. import tariffs on arts and crafts shipped from Canada.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For destinations outside Canada and the U.S., I do not collect local taxes, VAT, duties, brokerage, or other import fees. Any charges assessed upon delivery are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • ADDRESS: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Any additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address are the buyer’s responsibility.
