My sculptures are handmade and one of a kind. All sales are final.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours if the order has not shipped.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and all packaging. Keep the packaging for the carrier claim. I will repair, replace, or refund after review.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless I approve a return for a specific issue. Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days in original condition with tracking.
Original shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless I made an error.
If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, please check with your household and neighbors and contact the carrier. I will assist with a claim.
Artwork is decorative and not intended as a toy.

About: Peiyu Studio is a small artist studio in Canada creating handmade needle-felted wildlife art.
Currency and Pricing: Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes: I collect GST/HST on Canadian orders where applicable. I do not collect U.S. sales tax, VAT and import taxes are not collected at checkout.
Customs and Import Fees: International orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place). Any VAT, customs duties, brokerage, or import fees are collected by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping: Orders ship from Canada. Ready-to-ship pieces leave in 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order timelines are shown on product pages. Carriers may include Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Addresses and Undeliverable Parcels: I ship to the address provided at checkout. Costs from incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels are the buyer’s responsibility.
Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to the buyer when the carrier accepts the parcel. I insure shipments when practical and will help with carrier claims.
Intellectual Property: All designs, photos, and text are owned by Peiyu Studio. Please do not reproduce without permission.

Information Collected: I collect the information you provide at checkout, such as name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and order details. Card payments are processed securely by payment providers and are not stored by me.
How I Use Your Information: To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing emails only if you opt in.
Sharing: I share information with service providers needed to run the shop, including Squarespace, payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal), shipping carriers (such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS), and basic analytics. I do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention: I keep order records for tax and accounting for up to 7 years or as required by law.
